Free is the entry point — no monthly fee, just an 8% cut on every booking. You get your sessions listed, your Club Hub page, and the booking system. Growth is £75/month with a 4% booking fee and adds the full marketing engine: content, outreach, analytics, and ads management. Club House is £175/month with a 10% revenue share on gross session income and zero booking fees — plus in-person video, a dedicated Concierge, AI research, and full platform visibility. The comparison table above breaks it all down row by row.
It’s 10% of your gross session revenue — what players pay for your sessions in total. There are no booking fees on top of that. So if you run sessions generating £1,000/month, we take £100. At £2,000/month, we take £200 — and you’re still paying less than most agencies charge for a single campaign. The share replaces all per-booking fees and aligns our incentives completely: we grow when you grow.
The crossover point from Free to Growth is roughly 30 bookings per month at an average session price of £8–10. At that volume, the drop from 8% to 4% saves you more than the £75 monthly fee — so Growth pays for itself. If you’re below that, Free is the right place to start. We’ll flag the crossover when it gets close.
Growth and Club House both include a free 2-month pilot. To qualify, you need to have at least 4 active sessions listed on the platform and complete a short onboarding call with the team. This keeps things real on both sides — the pilot is for clubs that are genuinely ready to grow, not a free trial that sits idle. The 2-month clock starts from your first content drop, not from sign-up.
The Neighbours Pass is a £5.99/month player membership that works across every NBRH partner club. Pass holders get priority booking, access to members-only sessions, and 10–15% off pay-and-play sessions at partner venues. For your club, it means your regular players are embedded in The NBRH network. Their booking history, preferences, and session habits live on the platform — which makes them stickier to you and to us. You don’t need to do anything to enable it; it’s platform-wide.
Most clubs are fully live within two weeks. Week one is setup — your page, booking system, and sessions listed. Week two is launch — first content goes out and outreach kicks off. We’ll tell you exactly what we need and when. It’s usually less than you think. For Growth and Club House pilots, the onboarding call happens in week one.
We create, target, and manage the ads — you pay the actual Meta ad spend. We’ll agree a recommended budget with you in advance, and there’s never any obligation to increase it. We handle the creative and reporting either way.
